Ms. Smith has conducted a number of Lecturer and Clinics at numerous colleges and universities throughout the U.S. The are as follows: Cornell University, University of Penn., Williams College, Lesley College, Boston College, Boston University, Roxbury Community College, Middlebury College, Holyyoke College, Spelman College, Bunkerhill C.C., Clayton State College, Worcester Poly Technical Institute, Floyd College, Shorter College, Borough of Manhattan C. C., Nichols College, Simmons College, San Francisco State University, University of Maine, University of Mass., New England Conservatory, Cuyahoga Community College, Dept. of Arts & Culture, La Paz, Bolivia, The Tabernacle - London, England, University of California, Santa Cruz, New York University and Berklee College of Music where she taught for four years.

Ms. Smith works as a Music Therapist in the workshop division of HOSPITAL AUDIENCES INC. (H.A.I.). The workshop division of H.A.I employs professional artists to teach in a variety of arts related areas to people who are developmentally handicapped and mentally ill. This year a new programmed has been added where Cecilia is teaching in 2 Tier II Homeless Shelters in the East New York section of Brooklyn.

THE QUEENS PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM. Cecilia is a guest Storyteller/Musician for many of the Queens Library Branches.

TLC - After School Enrichment Program at P.S. 282, Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. Cecilia is currently teaching Piano lessons.
